Are the products authentic?
Yes. All Skin Bar products come from official distributors and hold all the approvals required to be sold on the market.
Which brands do you stock?
We focus on carefully selected Korean skincare brands, such as Anua and Medicube.
How do I choose the right product for my skin type?
Every product page tells you which skin types the product suits. As a guide:
- Oily / combination skin: lightweight textures, such as serums with niacinamide or azelaic acid and jelly creams.
- Dry / dehydrated skin: products with hyaluronic acid and ceramides, and richer creams or sleeping masks.
- Sensitive skin / redness: soothing products with cica or azelaic acid. Introduce each new product gradually.
- Dark spots / dull tone: products with niacinamide, vitamin C or tranexamic acid, always combined with sunscreen during the day.
With every new product, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin first. Retinol products are used in the evening, require sunscreen the following day and are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you have any questions, write to us and we will help you choose.
Delivery
How are orders shipped?
We ship exclusively via BOX NOW, to an automated parcel locker of your choice, within Greece only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs €3.50. For orders of €49 or more, delivery is free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and usually reach the locker within 1–3 working days. Once your parcel arrives, BOX NOW will send you the collection code.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna. All available payment methods are shown at checkout when you complete your order.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is not available at the moment. Payment is completed securely online when you place your order.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes! You have 14 days from receipt to return a product in its original packaging, unused and without any alteration. As provided by law, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Return costs (€7) are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Find out more in our Refund policy.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?
Email us with your order number and photos. We will send you the correct product or refund you, at no extra cost.
