How we ship
We ship orders across Greece exclusively via BOX NOW, to the automated parcel locker of your choice. We currently ship within Greece only.
Delivery cost
- Delivery cost: €3.50
- Free delivery on orders of €49 or more
The cost is the same everywhere in Greece, including the islands.
Delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and usually reach the locker within 1–3 working days. Times are approximate and may vary during busy periods or in remote areas, where delivery may take a little longer.
Collection & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. When your parcel reaches the locker, BOX NOW sends you an SMS and email with your collection code, and you can collect it whenever suits you, 24/7.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible, before it is dispatched.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, write to us and we will help you with BOX NOW.
